Terms of business
Custom orders must be paid in advance. Invoices for on-site work must be settled within 30 days of receipt.
Signs are fully guaranteed for 12 months from receipt, in line with UK trading standards laws. Beyond this point, it is the owners’ responsibility to clean and maintain their signs.
Due to the cost (both financial and environmental) signs sold to countries other than the UK are sold without guarantee unless agreed by both parties. The buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs.
Unless sold through a marketplace (such as Etsy.com) international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and customs’ charges in destination countries are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping is defined as the delivery of the ordered sign to an address provided. The majority of signs are sent out using Royal Mail and Parcelforce services, though international signs may be expedited with Fed Ex at cost. All signs are shipping fully insured so if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as a matter of urgency and retain all packing materials.

Customers details will never be passed to any third party services. Contact details such as addresses will be stored only in receipts for shipping and for marketplace records, so please refer to their privacy policies for more information.
