Christmas mittens

Christmas suddenly seems very close! A state of mild panic has descended as I race to finish NaNoWriMo and make All The Presents. Oh, and read All The Books and launch a business. And work full time. Huh.  

Anyway... These mitts use the yarn left over from the broken seed stitch socks and should work up quickly, though maybe I should have chosen thicker yarn for the speedy projects...  

Why do sparkles never show up in photos?  

Started a new book today, Am I Normal Yet, by Holly Bourne. I adore it so far and am so glad to see that it's one of the World Book Day giveaway books for 2016.
