Over the last few months, the colours that have been calling to me are rich coppery tones, with the blues and greens of verdigris. so it seemed only right to use the blending board to come up with something special. And yes, those are bronze sparkles in there! 

 

The rolags were spun into thin singles and then chain plied to make a roughly fingering weight yarn. It's not as consistent as I'd hoped but it was definitely getting there! This will be knitted up into some goodbye gloves for a friend who is moving back to Canada at Christmas.
